The Port of Tacoma is issuing this RFP on behalf of the Northwest Seaport Alliance (NWSA) who is looking to procure services from a highly qualified team to calculate the carbon footprint of the Port of Tacoma and the NWSA itself.

This project would renovate the existing CBP facility at Terminal 106’s Warehouse B and incorporate spaces made available by a to be vacated warehouse tenant. The proposed renovated facility would allow consolidated CBP operations from their Terminal 102 facility. The Port, having been certified in accordance with RCW 39.10.270, has chosen to utilize the Design-Build procedure as the total project cost is over two million dollars and where the project will provide opportunity for greater innovation or efficiencies between the designer and the builder.
