The purpose of this solicitation is to establish Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Language Pathology Services for residents of the Washington Veterans Home, Washington Soldiers Home, Walla Walla Veterans Home, and the Spokane Veterans Home, hereinafter collectively and individually referred to as Facility.
