The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select an occupational medical company or companies who can deliver professional occupational medical services through licensed physician(s) that possess all required physician (or facility) certifications and qualifications for providing a broad range of occupational health services. Proposers are advised that multiple Agreements may be executed through this RFP to ensure adequate services.

The mobile unit must be flexible to provide applicable services at three designated locations and accommodate a mass number of employees within an eight-hour period. In addition, the company must provide a fixed facility, within 25 miles of Edgewood, Maryland, who offer medical surveillance services as requested.
