The Expeditionary Operations Office is responsible for NGA’s rapid response to both CONUS and OCONUS expeditionary operations, and enabling access to GEOINT data and services in austere environments with a quick turn response time of less than 12 hours CONUS and 48 hours OCONUS.

Each operating location will automatically download the most current data version from the main portal at regular intervals. This will ensure up to date technical data is available at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The typical disconnected mode scenario will be a remote deployed location with limited to no internet connectivity. The ability to update TOs via DVDs or other physical medium shall be available. 

Support will entail both CONUS and OCONUS support.Raytheon possesses the SMART-T Technical Data Package (TDP) and design rights as well as the internal interface data that is necessary to assure system performance.
