It is the Governments belief, that only the Component OEM or a Component OEM Authorized and Approved Repair Facility in legal possession of the all required OEM Data has the required proprietary technical and engineering data to successfully provide these services.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for repair of EGI 764+429+JAIC on a sole source basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation.
