It is the Governments belief, that only the Component OEM or a Component OEM Authorized and Approved Repair Facility in legal possession of the all required OEM Data has the required proprietary technical and engineering data to successfully provide these services.
Provide the services of an OEM authorized Repair Facility to accomplish the troubleshooting and repair of the Diesel Engine for the #1 Auxiliary Diesel Generator (ADG) that provided power for the Hospital onboard the USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). The OEM Authorized Facility has the proprietary rights to the technical information, material requirements and logic programming for the troubleshooting of the #1 ADG.
It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price purchase order will be awarded for repair of EGI 764+429+JAIC on a sole source basis as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Pricing should be provided on Attachment 1 – Schedule-70Z03824QJ0000290. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this item is Honeywell International (Cage Code 0BFA5). All repairs shall be performed by the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility.
This item describes the requirement to provide the services of an OEM authorized Repair Facility to accomplish the refurbishment of the Force Protection Boat Davit onboard the USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). The Period of Performance will be time of award to 31 August 2022, at the contractor’s facility.See attached SOW.
Use of only these sources will ensure all parts are repaired to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications.The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of this item is Goodrich Corporation (Cage Code 00462). All repairs shall be performed by the OEM or an OEM authorized repair facility.
Services (i.e. the “Work”) must be provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an OEM authorized repair facility for the following line of products: • Winslow Life Raft • Eastern Aero Marine (EAM) • AmSafe • Survitec Services must include: a) Repair; b) Overhaul; c) Modification; d) Advanced Exchange; e) Testing; and f) Recertification. The period of the subsequent Contract is at minimum from date of Contract to 24 months inclusive.
All items must be repaired in accordance with (IAW) Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), specifications to include the latest revisions, updates and service bulletins. The OEM for these items is Honeywell INTL, (CAGE Code 07187). Quotes shall provide proof that they are an OEM authorized repair facility for Honeywell International and are capable of repairing three (3) Servomotor, Auto Pil.
