NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound in support of the Military Sealift Command is soliciting for Brand Name Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Compass Water Solutions Heli-Sep Tanks and Suction Manifold in accordance with the attached solicitation specifications. This acquisition will be negotiated as a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE to Compass Water Solutions and its distributors.

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Military Sealift Command, is procuring a firm fixed price Supply type contract for: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) COMPASS WATER SOLUTIONS PARTS FOR THE OIL WATER SEPARATOR. This requirement will be set-aside for small businesses only and the anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 04/07/2022 with a closing date on or about 04/11/2022.

All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. ESSI is the only vendor authorized to service the Compass 2.0 software system. The OEM does not authorize any third-party vendors to conduct maintenance, warranty, or service work on any of their products. Service by a third-party vendor will void the OEM warranty.

The requirement is to provide services of a qualified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) field service technician to repair of the Gyro Compass NR2 Navigation Equipment onboard the USNS BRUNSWICK in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Perforamance is 15APR21-18APR21 and the performance location is Naval Base, Guam.

Compass Water Solution, Inc. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required for the Oily Water Separator.  Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. 4. The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, CPD-1, Norfolk, VA anticipates awarding this procurement to NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS for the OEM parts repair services listed below: MK39 GYRO COMPASS TECH REP. EVALUATION provided by NORTHROP GRUMMAN SYSTEMS, IAW SOW.This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC HARRIET LANE.  

It is the Government's belief that only Compass Solutions Corporation., can provide required OEM parts. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to provide these items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same within two (2) calendar days from the day this notice posted. The data must include sufficient detail to allow the Coast Guard to evaluate the proposal relative to the requirements.
