PUBLIC NOTICELagniappe Alaska, LLC, 5-year Off-Road Travel Land Use Permit The Alaska Department of Natural Resources,Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a request for approval of a Land Use Permit from Lagniappe Alaska, LLC (Lagniappe) on October 5, 2023, requesting authorization for off-road travel, ice construction, and associated activities on state land between the Canning and Colville Rivers.

The permit is general in nature and will cover off-road travel on state land as well as ice roads and snow trails.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Within Fairbanks Meridian, Township 3 South, Range 8 West, Sections 1,12,13, and 24Within Fairbanks Meridian, Township 2 South, Range 8 West, Section 13 REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Winter off-road travel to access an oil and gas exploration well. Travel will take place in the Minto Flats State Game Refuge and utilize a logging road developed in 2009.

Savant Alaska, LLC, doing business as Glacier Oil and Gas Company, has requested a re-issuance of their off-road travel permit (LAS 28591).  This permit would be general in nature, covering state land on the North Slope, between the Colville and Canning Rivers.  The majority of the travel is expected to be around the Badami Central Facilities Pad and along the Badami Pipeline for activities such as routine maintenance and surveying the pipeline.

The equipment and personnel will be moved from the drop zone via off-road travel.
