The Department of Corrections is seeking an agency of Individual to provide Sex Offender Risk Assessments within the State of Alaska. Please see attached LOI below for more specific details.

The State of Alaska, Department of Corrections is seeking proposals for the provision of an individual or agency to provide sex offender risk assessments statewide. Mandatory qualifications include that the contract provider must be an Approved Provider of sex offender management services under the Alaska Department of Corrections regulations.

The focus of programming would include: • Behavioral analysis and development of individualized treatment plans informed by ongoing standardized sex offender risk assessment and tools (i.e. Static-99R, VASOR, SOTIPS, or STABLE- 2007) • Utilization, where possible for the target population, of a manualized curriculum to focus treatment and risk reduction strategies.

The contract was awarded to provide the DRAOR instrument to be integrated with the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) current case management model.
