The DPW-WRD is in need of additional office space and seeks to create three (3) new interior offices as part of this project. Renovations for one (1) additional interior office (Room 224) and improvements to an existing open office area (Room 231) are included in this RFP as and Add Alternate #1 and #2, respectively (see notes on Exhibit A. Preliminary Design Plans). The WTP office renovations shall be completed by November 30, 2023.
Renovation shall include tenant improvements to (2) existing offices spaces and the new construction of (1) interior office and (1) conference room.
