These services may include the installation or modification HVAC components to meet LAN room or office reconfiguration requirements. This work shall also include the disposal and recycling of specified office furniture in a manner in compliance with Pierce County Personal Property Disposal Policy.
Bulletin Desc: The scope of this project consists of an addition of a new exterior door, a conversion of an existing office into a new secure vestibule, reconfiguration of an existing storage room into a new office, and reconfiguration of the existing main office to provide a better vision to the new entrance.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment and incidentals to provide and execute the labor and installation of furniture systems, moving of freestanding furniture, reconfiguration of offices/exam rooms. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of approximately twelve (12) months and four (4) Option Years.
The City of Liberty Lake proposes upgrades to the Trailhead Facility to include: Replacing the existing clubhouse with a new clubhouse to include a full-service bar and restaurant, an expanded golf shop, offices, meeting rooms and a banquet facility; Reconfiguration and expansion of the driving range; and, Expansion of the parking lot.
