Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for a five-year full-service lease with Government termination rights, in whole or in part, effective at any time by providing not less than 60 days' prior written notice for approximately 600 to 1,000 usable square feet of office space located within Byron, Georgia. The space shall be move-in ready by June 1, 2024.
Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Palm Beach, FL, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.
