Chavez, dachavez@rrnm.gov Close Date: Jan 12th 2022, 10:00 AM MST Days Left: < 1 Project Description:The City of Rio Rancho Utilities Department is soliciting bids for on-call concrete services for sidewalk repairs, sidewalk culvert and rundown/ramp repairs, and curb and gutter repairs with minimal asphalt patching.
In general, the work shall consist of installing or repairing concrete sidewalks, curb and gutters, valley gutters, accessible curb ramps, driveways, asphalt base repairs or overlays in the public right of way, and removing sidewalk trip hazards. The project may also include installation of signing and striping and utility adjustments (such as manholes, catch basins, water valves, monuments, etc.) as required to execute the work.
The work consists of many different repair projects such as sidewalk panel replacement, curb or curb/gutter replacement, sidewalk ramp replacement with installation of truncated domes and residential and commercial driveway approaches. Each project will not exceed $50,000. The City cannot guarantee any volume of work as a result of this ITB.
The City of San Ramon invites qualified contractors ("Proposers") to submit qualifications and proposals in response to this Request for Qualifications and Proposals ("RFQP") for On-Call Concrete and Sidewalk Repairs 2022.
