The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) requests proposals from individual New York State Boards of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) to provide On-Site Energy Manager (OSEM) services to schools and school districts across New York State. On-Site Energy Managers are responsible for creating energy efficient processes that decrease cost and waste.
