It is the intent of Lake County to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor for the software maintenance of the two hundred and one (201) various Hyland OnBase Licenses for the Lake County enterprise content management software.
• Salesforce – customer relations management, workflow automation, case management • OnBase – content / document management • MuleSoft – data integration services • Okta – authentication services • SaaS- Software as a Service or other COTS cloud-based solution 5.2.2 Disaster Recovery • What are your backup and recovery policies and procedures?
CONTENT AND FORMAT OF RESPONSES: The content and format requirements listed below are the minimum requirements for State evaluation. These requirements are not intended to limit the content of a Bidder’s proposal. Bidders may include additional information or offer alternative solutions for the State’s consideration.
All existing content shall also be migrated to the new system. Ideally, the new solution should also automatically archive meeting materials (i.e. staff reports, packets, minutes) into the City’s Electronic Content Management System (OnBase). Proposals must be submitted to the San Carlos City Clerk no later than Monday, December 13, 2021 at 5:00PM.
Document Management: Shall be included in the solution or will need to integrate with the State’s Enterprise Content Management System, OnBase by Hyland. 1.1.3. MuleSoft Integration: If leveraging Salesforce and OnBase, integration between these two solutions will be via MuleSoft. 1.1.4. Okta: If solution contains Salesforce platform, user authentication for the Salesforce portal will be via Okta. 1.2.
