This contract is for Lexis+, which offers online access to a comprehensive Canadian legal research database. Lexis+ is the new version of Lexis Advance Quicklaw. This legal research database encompasses primary and secondary sources of the law, including court and tribunal decisions, legislation, broad collections of leading law e-books, journal articles and indices, citators, and case digests.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), through the Office of Chief Counsel (AGC), Administration Division (AGC-10), has a requirement for online legal research, which provides access to statutes, case law materials, public records, and other legal resources. Over the past five years, AGC administered two contracts for Online Legal Research Services.
