The CORE system is responsible for maintaining the State’s licensing, enforcement, and inspections for the Regulatory Boards division, Insurance division, and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
CBP will award a sole source, firm-fixed price delivery order to LexisNexis for an on-line annual subscription to the LexisNexis Databases for Law Enforcement and Legal Online Services. Access will be granted to: 1) LexisNexis Premium Bundle, 2) Company Dossier, 3) CourtLink, 4) Investigative Portal, 5) Accurint Law Enforcement, 6) Accurint Law Enforcement Plus and, 7) World Compliance products and services.
The work required under this contract includes:Providing support for regulatory functions and requirements simultaneously for up to 36 on-going studies with as many as 40 study sites each including: advising on IRB submissions, human subject protection assurances, and compliance with applicable federal regulations; establishing an online regulatory document repository; preparing and submitting Investigational New Drug Applications (IND); consulting
The CBP Office of Trade, Office of Chief Counsel, Office of Professional Responsibility, Office of Intelligence and other CBO offices require online access to legislative and regulatory content, professional insights, data analysis tools, and resources for policy professionals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
