The treatment processes include two parallel horizontal pressure filters with GreensandPlus media and onsite sodium hypochlorite generation. The WTP is sized for up to 6,000 gpm. The District has already engaged in a procurement process for the horizontal pressure filters, media and other ancillary equipment and this will be awarded by the end of May.

Onsite Sodium Hypochlorite Generation (OSHG) Equipment Expansion: Adds a new generator and any necessary ancillary equipment to provide a firm OSHG capacity of 85 MGD. Includes the addition of air conditioning to the OSHG room to allow for OSHG operation during hot summer days.
