The Plan Fiduciary Net Position as a Percentage of Total OPEB Liability as of 9/30/2021 is 217.64%. Currently, the County utilizes Greenleaf Trust for OPEB investment and coordination of disbursement. Investment of these funds should be set up as a Section 115 Trust and invested in accordance with the requirements provided by Michigan law governing the Public Employee Health Care Fund Investment Act, PA 149 of 1999 including any revisions.
