NASA OPEN INNOVATION SERVICES (NOIS) II SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSISThe National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Johnson Space Center (JSC) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for open innovation capabilities. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
This notice constitutes Modification 3 to the combined Synopsis/Solicitation entitled NASA Open Innovation Services 2 (NOIS2) RFP for On-Ramping 80JSC022R0004 which was posted on 11/08/2021. This is not an amendment to the solicitation; no terms have been changed. The purpose of this modification is to post a revised Questions and Answers (Q&A) for the NOIS2 RFP for On-Ramping.

NOIS2 is a multiple award contract. Contracts were awarded to 13 successful firms. The cumulative contract Not to Exceed (NTE) amount which may be ordered across all NOIS2 contracts is $175,000,000.00.
