The City of Tucson is seeking proposals to establish a single award for the Annual Inspection, Maintenance and Repair of Operable Wall Partitions, Divider Curtains, and manual, and motorized Basketball Hoops.
Typical construction for new building addition is to consist of special deep foundation systems, reinforced concrete and structural steel framing and reinforced concrete bearing and shear walls. Interior construction will consist of reinforced concrete interior bearing and shear-walls, gypsum wallboard partitions, and operable / movable partition walls.
New, built-up storefront window assemblies with insulated glazing and one operable window will be installed in each wall opening. The project includes the installation of related grout, blocking, sill flashings and perimeter joint sealants per construction details. Miscellaneous stone repair may also be required at wall opening perimeters if damage is identified during existing steel window removal.
