As a general definition, the Passenger Processing System includes the following: • Shared Use System (SUS) o Shared Use Check-in and Boarding System o Local Departure Control System (LDCS) • Airport Management Solution (AMS) consisting of Airport Operations Database (AODB) and Resource Management System (RMS) • Information Display System (IDS) • Baggage Message Broker • Baggage Reconciliation System Scanners (BRS) • Common Use Self Service Kiosks
Tasks include the management of FDA’s four data centers, providing enterprise services, data center lease and operations, application operations, database operations, running the System Management Center (SMC), and related project management activities.
Based on calendar year 2023 operations identified in the FAA Operations and Performance Database, Traffic Flow Management System Counts (TFMSC), 3,595 operations of C-IV aircraft were recorded, making this aircraft the current critical aircraft for Runway 10/28 and parallel Taxiway A. 3,545 of the C-IV operations were Taxiway Design Group (TDG) 5 aircraft.
