The Contractor will beresponsible for the design, development and operation/maintenance of a hardware/software integration and test lab at their facility. This lab shall be reconfigurable to support the applicable requirements included within the PWS. This lab should closely replicate the MTSC functionality. The secondary purpose for this lab will be for the Government to conduct demonstrations.
The contractor shall be responsible for the provisioning, Local Area Network (LAN) management, desktop hardware and software support services, HUD test center operations, system integration support and SharePoint administration to meet or exceed HUD's current End User Services support functions consistent with the assigned Contractor functions.The End User Support Services provided under the current contract are integral to OCIO's capabilities.

SFRC will encompass the operations, maintenance, and sustainment (OM&S) services of the LTRS as well as integration of Range of the Future (RoTF) modifications. Integration functions from the current LTRS SE&I will be shifted to SFRC to create a top-to-bottom integration effort.
