Project Description: The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks proposals for the development and implementation of a Training and Exercise Program (“TEP”) for the Air District’s Continuity of Operations Plan (“COOP”) and Incident Response Program (“IRP”). The TEP should be compliant with applicable California law and guidance, including the Standardized Emergency Management System (“SEMS”).
