Contract is to provide IN PERSON, ON GROUNDS Ophthalmology Services to STP clients at PDC. Pleae read Exhibit A Scope of Work. Contract term is 7/01/23 through 06/30/26.
A) Purpose and Description of Services Contractor will provide ophthalmology services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) clients. Contractor providing services will be duly licensed and must have expertise in the field of ophthalmology. Contractor needs to be familiar with the special needs of the developmentally disabled. See Exhibit A of the IFB for the description of required services.
