The work to be performed under the task orders will consist of engineering, furnishing, installing, and testing (EFI&T) new multi-strand, single mode (SM) fiber optic cable (FOC) from buildings and locations across Keesler AFB to include any necessary trenching, boring, ducting, inner-duct, Manholes, Hand-holes, and Pull Boxes or splices at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), as specified within the Statement of Objectives (SOO) to be issued via request

Engineer, furnish, install and test approximately 8 telecommunications maintenance holes,  4,100 linear feet of telecommunications duct bank (multi-duct), 5,800 linear feet of 96-strand outside plant single-mode (non-blown) fiber optic cable between building 180 and building 34,  3,500 linear feet of telecommunications inner-duct, and two 144-port single-mode fiber optic distribution panels at RAF Croughton, United Kingdom. 

Please confirm that it is assumed all other manhole pathways already have Max cell or inner duct installed and will not be required as part of this contract. CSI-B verified as per SOW3.Please confirm that we are to assume all existing manhole pathways and underground conduits are passable and already have strings installed for use to pull the new fiber optic cable on this project proposal. Confirmed that you are to assume they are passable.

Indoor rated fiber optic cable may be installed, terminated, tested and troubleshot on occasion.PE-90 single mode outside plant loose tube fiber will be installed within the textile inner duct and conduit pathway over a variety of distances.  The average length between each pull point will be as little as 500 feet up to 1 mile.  Splicing, terminating, testing, and troubleshooting of the PE-90 will be required.
