This acquisition will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside.NIST requires an Optical Coherence Microscope (OCM) to make non-invasive, label-free, 3D measurements of cell viability in large fields of view within tissue engineered hydrogels. The hydrogel scaffolds make it difficult to image cells to assess their viability when the cells are contained with the hydrogels, which is possible with the OCM.
