This RFP will be used to procure Dental Managed Care plans in the following Plan Model types: Geographic Managed Care (GMC) in Sacramento County, and Prepaid Health Plan (PHP) in Los Angeles County Medi-Cal Dental Managed Care provides high quality, accessible, and cost-effective oral health care through managed care delivery systems.
