Maintenance of Firefighter Service: All elevators provided with fire-fighter service shall be subject to Phase I recall and a minimum of one-floor operation on Phase II to assure the system is maintained in proper operating order. A written record of findings on the operation shall be made and kept on the premises of said operation. f. Prior to removing an elevator from service, the elevator mechanic shall coordinate the removal with the COR.
All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
A primary objective of the Program Support Services (PSS) procurement is to streamline the ordering process and reduce the number of task orders.
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: New Port Richey Community Based Outpatient Clinic, 7900 Little Rd, Primary Care, Telehealth, Prosthetics Service Area, and Podiatry Section, New Port Richey, FL 34654-3419. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: All items to be delivered and installed within 75 days of purchase order processing and order placement.
