Scope of Services Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), from qualified individuals to provide QRF Program Manager services. OCFA intends to award multiple agreements as a result of this RFSQ. - Other Details The solicitation consists of the submission of a Statement of Qualifications by the respondent, as further outlined in this RFSQ document.
