This project will more\n\nspecifically focus on the promotion of accessible and low-barrier trails within the wider context of supporting broad\nparticipation in outdoor recreation by diverse users including, but not limited to, underserved communities and aging\nadults; support CCGIS-led community learning opportunities for trail managers and landowners to help them identify,\neliminate, and minimize physical and communications barriers.\n\n2.
The grounds surrounding these buildings will become an interpretive park that will educate the community about Windsor’s agricultural history. Features will include outdoor learning spaces, educational and rentable community garden space, an agriculture-themed playground area, open and enclosed areas for small farm animals, and interactive landscape and interpretive features.
The Ground Floor Will Host Residential Service, Common Spaces, An Early Learning Center, and A Community Serving Nonprofit Retail Space. Floors 2-9 Will Contain Residential Units, Yielding 168 Units. Outdoor Space Include a Large Courtyard on The Ground Floor and A Terrace on Level 9. Labor Requirements: This is a prevailing wage project. All carpenter and laborer trades must be union.
