Work of this Contract includes improvements to reconfigure the outdoor playground spaces located at the Early Learning Center on the Bellevue College campus. Work includes demolition and replacement of playground equipment, paving, and playground surfacing. Work also involves construction of a canopy structure and installation of Owner supplied equipment.

Additionally, the project includes facilities improvements to the wellness trail, outdoor spaces for employees, and modifications to achieve full ADA compliance. All work on this contract is to be completed within 335 CALENDAR DAYS beginning with the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, beyond which time liquidated damages may be enforced.
