The purpose of this indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity / unit firm fixed price contract is to provide international and domestic courier services for diplomatic pouch bulk mail.  Contractor must collect outgoing packages from the U.S. Embassy, Diplomatic District, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.  Regular pickups will occur every other Wednesday between 12:00 noon and 4:00 pm.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
