Directional bore 4 inch conduit and install 560 feet of three phase 1/0 primary underground cable from second new PME-9 to new terminating cabinet. Remove existing three phase 1/0 primary underground cable from pothead pole and terminate it into new terminating cabinet. Once all new underground primary is installed and energized, remove existing three phase overhead primary and neutral. Saw off poles above joint use attachments.
