This project consists of replacing the\nexisting waterwheel with a Corten Steel replacement, lighting on the waterwheel, an overlook deck\naround the waterwheel, site improvements including creek bank cleanup, tree removals, concrete\nremoval and replacement, stone outcropping installation. Once the project is started, work will be\ncontinuous until the point of completion. Work to be completed before 12-31-24.
The Project consists of but not limited to: Removing and replacing an approximately 341 square foot roof deck, including sleepers and deck boards. The work is estimated to cost $24,000.00. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Phase II includes the constructing a wood boardwalk over wetlands, wood deck overlook, dirt trail, and lighting. Phase III includes constructing a pavilion and a studio shed. South Jordan City is seeking contractors with the necessary skills and experience to submit bids for constructing the Mystic Springs Educational Wetland Center.
