The Office of Technical Assistance provides overseas technical assistance to over 50 countries in five functional areas: economic crimes, government debt issuance and management, budget and financial accountability, banking and financial services, and revenue policy and revenue administration. OTA carries out its technical assistance projects in developing and transitional countries through both resident and intermittent advisors.
