This performance-based requirement is for non-personal services and includes the following: The Contractor shall provide all consumable materials, tools, equipment, and qualified labor to inspect, test, maintain and repair all PACAF structural and aircraft LPG fueled fire trainers in a manner that will ensure their serviceability and prevent deterioration in operational effectiveness.
