Notice of Intent to award as a sole source requirement to Shamrock Foods Company (UEI FNMABKEBU4P8) to provide packaged meals throughout Tucson Sector.
It is the intent of CBP to procure commercially available packaged meals to be delivered to geographically separated Tucson Sector Border Patrol locations.2.1. This requirement for food items is a component of the operational program for feeding Tucson Sector detainees. It is expected and intended that other sources of food items will be utilized during the term of the contract.
The vendor should also submit no more than 3 references in which they have supported consistent delivery of meals/food for a similar magnitude of customers.System for Award Management (SAM).
