Replace carpet in the affected areas and all asbestos containing materials (floor tiles). Replace wiring in the Walker ducts located under the flooring in the affected areas. Replace and paint walls and wall insulation of the interior side of the entire FDA spaces. Remove and reinstall furniture to accomplish the work. It is assumed that no fire protection work, no ABAAS, and no COBIE files will be required for the project.
