Description The University is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform painting and touchup of the interior living spaces at Sea Gull Square residence hall. Sea Gull Square is a 12-month lease apartment style residences hall. As such, there will be residents living in the areas and often in the same apartment where painting is to be completed.
