Submissions Only Submission Address: Online Submissions Only Public Opening: No Description: The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board (TBDSSAB) invites Bid Submissions (Bids) from qualified contractors for the removal, regrading and replacement of the North parking lot existing asphalt parking lot, including sealing and painting.
Certificate of Competency from the County’s Construction Trades Qualifying Board as a Specialty Engineering Contractor, commensurate to the requirements of the Scope of Work, in one or more engineering crafts to include, paving engineering contractor, painting and waterproofing, painting or parking strip painting.
Work will also include modifications to the existing NBCC parking lot, including extensions to the existing parking area and line painting modifications, and construction of a new sixty-six (66) space parking lot including storm and drainage infrastructure and line painting.
ACCESS ROAD REPAVING AND REPAIR 7 February 2024: The Project requires paving including demolishing and reconstructing the existing parking lot and roadway described in the W912BU24B0011 Specifications from 07 February 2024 including the removal and replacement of unstable materials. The work also includes painting lines on the reconstructed roadway and parking lots.
