Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD) is issuing this request for proposal directly to Kallman Worldwide, Inc., as a non-competitive, sole source acquisition for the upcoming Paris Air Show 2021 – Trade Show Exhibit Space.This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract using NAICS code 561920 – “Convention and Trade Show Organizations”.
This is a non-personal services contract to design and build the Department of Defense (DoD) booth at the Dubai Air Show 2023 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.
