Invitation to Tender-PARKSVILLE COMMUNITY PARK GATHERING PLAZA Project Description :The supply and install of the Parksville Community Park Gathering Plaza. The work includes all associated demolition, site preparation, deep and shallow utilities, plaza construction (including concrete, pavers, decking, custom site furnishings, planting and irrigation), plaza roadway construction, and all works incidental thereto

The Work will consist of the completion of construction services required to build the new Glendale Regional Park Phase I including civil/sitework and installation of play features, community gathering space(s), trails, plantings, restoration, irrigation, pergola(s), pavilion(s), pathways, and seating areas.

“Hometown Holidays: A Community Gathering” is the City of Rockville’s largest annual festival and, this year we’re expecting 15,000 people to attend. Activities will include concerts, “Taste of Rockville” food vendors, kid’s activities, and exhibitors. This year’s festival will take place at RedGate Park.
