It is the intent that the detailed design for the three park improvements would begin in October of 2023, and construction would be bid in summer 2024. The Hauntz, Helsel and Willow Creek Park Improvement Project – Master Planning Design phase creates the opportunity to improve the visitor experience at three existing Columbus neighborhood and community parks.

The purpose of this RFP is to seek a qualified multi-disciplinary proponent team, led by a Landscape Architect, or Landscape Architectural firm, to provide planning and design services and contract administration for the improvements to the Park. The proposed improvements are a result of the Council approved Belle Park Master Plan (BPMP). This RFP is specific to the implementation of the Phase 1 portion of works as outlined in the master plan.
