The project will be focused primarily on Inspire Park Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) upgrades with a portion of renovation to provide science teaching lab(s). Strength in MEP replacement/upgrades is critical.As mentioned above, the bulk of the project will be focused on MEP upgrades. We anticipate approximately 70% of the total project budget will be dedicated to this effort.
