The Village of Pinecrest is requesting sealed bids from qualified firms for the Coral Pine Park Phase 2 improvements project, which includes: demolition, paving and draining work. Also, it involves landscape and irrigation, as well as, structural, foundation, concrete, framing and roof. The project also requires HVAC, plumbing, Telecom, Fire Alarm, Security and Electrical work.
From 2013-2019 TCHC worked with their development partner, Tridel, to complete Phase 1 of the revitalization. In 2020, TCHC has again partnered with Tridel for Phase 2 of the revitalization which concerns the remainder of the lands at Alexandra Park. Phase 2A, the next sub-phase of development, is currently underway.
