The Project shall provide for improvements to the pool house building, including but not limited to: selective demolition, concrete slab patching, indicated masonry walls, doors, frames, openings, finishes, and MEP equipment shall be new. There is one Alternate, 1) Replace Existing Skylight. This project is partially funded by CDBG.
