Interior renovation of Civic Center offices to build out a Sheriff Substation and reconfigure Parks & Recreation office.

The study involves reviewing existing Parks & Recreation programs and their existing facilities use, reviewing the City’s Master Plan and the Parks, Recreation and Culture(PR&C) Element of the City’s Master Plan, identifying program and space deficiencies, and making recommendations for a new multi-generational facility.

The Maintenance Division maintains City streets, sidewalks, medians, islands, trees, traffic control devices and signage, parks and recreation facilities, flood control elements, the City fleet of 200 vehicles, 250 pieces of small equipment, and 28 city-owned buildings.
