The Sanford Airport Authority (SAA) desires to procure services and software for the Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) for the parking garage and surface parking at the Orlando Sanford International Airport. The Authority currently manages and operates three passenger surface lots (1,661 parking spots), one employee surface lot (253 parking spots), and one parking garage (813 parking spots).
