This RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to manage the collection of parking counts within the downtown area for a period of 6-months from July 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 to better understand parking capacity and turnover. This project increases the day-use parking capacity at the primary arrival point for incoming motorists who have no campsite or hotel reservations and improves pedestrian circulation and access from the parking lots to the visitor center in the Yosemite Village area.
